When do I get invoiced?

CloudKitchens sends out invoices on the 1st of every month that are due on the 6th of the month and 15th of every month that are due on the 20th of the month. Below is a summary of the main categories you will be invoiced for: 

When and how do I receive my invoices?  

Invoices will be available on the 1st and 15th of each month in your email. Please note that you may receive ad-hoc invoices for additional charges/services or credits.

I never received my invoice, what should I do? 

If you have not received an email from [e-mail] with the subject line “Your CloudKitchens invoice is ready for payment” then please contact
[e-mail] to update your billing contact information.
