Delivery platforms require that you have updated bank information on your account so that they can deposit payments for completed orders. CloudKitchens does not provide your banking information directly to the delivery platforms.
Find instructions on how to add your bank account for:
- GrabFood
- foodpanda
- Upon logging into the foodpanda restaurant portal, click on the ‘Help Centre’ button
- Select ‘Raise a new request’
- Select ‘Payments, Billing or Bank Details Update’
- Select ‘ There are mistakes in my invoice - wrong company name, amendment to recipients etc
- Enter changes
- Submit
