What is it?
While it can come in many forms, it's usually a card included in the bag thanking the customer for their support.
Why do it?
A downside of the delivery-only model is that you lose the human contact with your customers. The goal of including a thank you card is to establish a stronger connection with your customer, ultimately leading to repeat orders, more reviews or other objectives. It's a cheap and easy way of building brand identity and generating loyalty among your customer base.
