How To Update Your Storefront Phone Number

Submit a change in storefront phone number request via GrabFood Helpcentre

• Upon logging into the foodpanda restaurant portal, click on the ‘Help Centre’ button
• Select ‘Raise a new request’
• Select ‘General Inquiry’
• Select ‘ Change contact details’
• Select the respective outlets you would like to apply the change to
• Select the respective contact details you would like to update
• Enter changes
• Submit

• Upon logging into the deliveroo restaurant portal, click on the ‘Help’ button
• Under the Get in Touch tab, select “Account Settings”
• Select ‘ Change contact details’
• Type in your request to update storefront phone number
• Submit
