If your restaurant operations are too busy and you are overwhelmed with orders, you can pause new orders for a specified duration of 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 1 day. When you activate this pause function, your restaurant will show up on the app as temporarily closed.
Here’s how you can pause orders temporarily:
- Under the Orders page, tap on the mode in the top right corner.
- Choose Paused to pause your store and tap on Confirm.
- A banner will appear at the top indicating that you’ve paused the incoming order.
- To unpause your store, you can either tap on Resume at the top of the page, or tap on the toggle next to the Paused status to resume orders.
