Please apply for your own licenses via GoBusiness, and submit the following documents online. You may refer to the attached SFA Application Guide for a step-by-step guide on how to proceed. Once submitted on GoBusiness, please inform us of the application number via email, and forward a confirmation of the application.
Once submission of outstanding documents is completed, if any, SFA will recommend the application for approval and you can make the payment for the license through the link given by SFA approval email or AXS machine. Please send over the soft copy of approved SFA license via email to your Customer Success Manager once you’ve received it

Food Delivery Platform Onboarding & Menu:
We'd recommend reaching out to the food delivery platforms early to set up the accounts of the new outlet as this process might take a while.
Do let us know if you will be using your existing account managers for the food delivery platform onboarding. If not, we will help introduce you to our POC’s from the different food delivery platforms (GrabFood, Foodpanda & Deliveroo).
