When will I receive my invoices and what are the payment schedules?

1st of every month - Payment for standardized component of current month

• License Fee
• Reimbursable Operating Expenses (ROE)
• Pest control
• Cleaning
• Overall maintenance

15th of every month - Payment for variable component for the previous month

• Processing Fees
• Kitchen Utilities (As per consumption)
• Shared Utilities
• Reimbursable monthly portion for electricity (consumption for common areas in the Delivery Hub), water and air-conditioning
