Does your rent include utilities?

• Utilities will be passed on to Licensees, market standard in any real estate leases, furthermore - we do not mark up on utilities prices like how some coffee shops and food court does;
  
• Reimbursable Operating Expense (ROE) - Includes Wi-Fi, janitorial, grease trap cleaning, pest control, kitchen waistline, security, fire extinguishers, prevention and suppression systems, as well as, general maintenance and daily cleaning of the facility's common areas.
  
• Utilities (kitchen) - Utilities (Water and Electricity) inside the kitchen will be metered and passed through based on consumption. Exhaust (applies to kitchens with exhaust) will be split amongst all operating kitchens.
  
• Shared Utilities (in common areas) - Shared utilities in common areas (i.e.; aircon, electricity) will be shared across all kitchens, at an estimated amount of S$400~S$600 per kitchen per month.
