Diners are often scrolling through many brands on a delivery platform when deciding where to order from. Having an enticing cover photo that showcases a wide variety of dishes can help convince them to pick you!
Good example
- Should be the best representation of your menu, but keep it simple
- Try including the most popular item from each menu category
- Should be high quality and clear
- Use nice cutlery and a plain background to emphasize the dishes. Do NOT use disposable containers for your photo shoot
- Try to take a "birds-eye" picture from above to highlight all the parts of the dishes
Bad example
- Do not forget to take a banner photo! This is the first thing customers see
- Avoid low quality or heavily edited photos
- Avoid including a zoomed in version of one item on your menu

- Photo should not include misleading products not sold by restaurant.
- Watermarks, logos, collages, text, and borders are not allowed.
